Order forms for pizza kits will be available at the concession stand starting the week of September 22, 2008. Completed order forms can be turned in at the concession stand.

Due Date: All order forms must be turned in by Saturday, November 1, 2008, 8:00 p.m.

Pick Up Date: Monday, November 10, 2008, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Orders can be picked up in the community room at the Mandt Center.
