Alumni Fun Day
We will host several games featuring former Stoughton hockey players, youth skills competitions, food and beverages, 50/50 raffle, between periods chuck a puck, shooting contests and more.
We request everyone intending to participate in any of the events to register to help with planning. If your plans change please let us know.
What
Current and former players are encouraged to register for the events and non-hockey community members are welcome to attend.
Concessions plus grilled food and beer will be available for purchase.

This will be a free event we started in 2021 as part of our 50th Anniversary celebration. Donations are greatly appreciated and can be made in person the day of the event, on our website, by Venmo or mail.

2022 Alumni Weekend
2pm: C/D level slower paced game
For older skaters, those that haven’t played in a while or anyone wanting a less competitive game. Former players as well as parents/coaches of the Association are welcome to join this game. While it's not expected to be a super fast paced game it won't be for someone that doesn't have any hockey experience. Equipment is required (helmet, gloves, shin and elbow pads at minimum).
3:15pm: Youth skills session
- prize given to all participants
- U6 through Bantam
- Open to current and former SYHA skaters. If you are a former SYHA skater and your child is with another association they may also register.
- fastest skater and obstacle course, possibly more
- helmet and gloves required, additional equipment encouraged for less experienced skaters in case they fall
4pm: Peewee/Squirts Scrimmage
Split the kids between two teams and run a 30 minute scrimmage.
4:30 U8 and U6 Scrimmage
U6 gets half ice to scrimmage and U8 the other half.
5:15pm: A/B level faster paced game
- For competitive players that formerly played with SYHA
After the 5pm game: food and beverages available, possibly open skating and music.
